We utilize a well developed supplier base to access a variety of woods and other materials. We are able to manufacture quality wood products on a consistent basis using state-of-the-art machinery and production processes. As well as catering to a wide range of industries we are also adept at the manufacture of custom wood parts and specialize in custom projects that meet customer specifications.

Employing over 150 skilled staff in our modern, expanding facility, champions a diverse workforce from varied backgrounds. We emphasize teamwork and efficiency which results in meeting production quota. We are able to adapt dynamically to workload and have the facilities to meet your manufacturing requirements.

We consistently produce over 1,000,000 lineal feet of moulding every week from our state-of-the-art Weinig moulders. Our skilled staff finish products to quality excellence and uphold detailed inspections on a daily basis. You can be assured that you will receive quality products, on-time and with satisfaction.

We create our own custom tooling in-house for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This helps us to keep our prices lower and allows us full control of the creative process. We use CAD applications and two Weinig Grinders to sculpt the exact right tools for the job. We offer carbide and high-speed steel tooling. As well as being able to produce a wide range of mouldings, we have the facilities to approach new designs with confidence.
