Our Shipping and Receiving department is the center of activities for the receiving of resources and the shipping of products. We organize product quota into efficient packages and schedule speedy delivery to your location. We are also on-hand to supervise the pickup of goods by independent collectors.

We are able to ship goods to you for a remote delivery via freight carrier or UPS depending on size and time. Goods may always be collected from our Holland, Michigan facility but in most cases customers prefer a carrier or third party to deliver. We have the docking facilities to ensure a swift loading or unloading of products and resources.

We receive a large supply of lumber and other materials from a wide range of reliable sources, some of which is stored at our facility. We operate on a just-in-time principle to optimize our processing of orders and to facilitate a more efficient use of space. Turnaround for orders typically may take 1-2 weeks or greater depending on quantity and availability. We assure you that we aim to deliver your order safely and on-time and achieve this goal on a regular basis.
