utilizes a wide variety of sophisticated, state-of-the-art machinery. We manufacture over 1,000,000 lineal feet of moulding per week through our bank of Weinig moulders. Specialized equipment such as automatic double miter-saws, custom CNC routers and rope machines give us the versatility to create great wood-products.

We house a wide range of capable equipment at our Holland Michigan facility and are in the process of expanding to make room for more. By combining advanced technologies with a skilled workforce we are forging ahead to enhance our reputation for quality mouldings and custom wood-products. Scancore is both a scan system and a full optimizing rip system. The system includes: arbor generator for fixed arbor applications, position control for moving blade applications, reject for boards with excessive bow or insufficient yield, best optimizing result in multiple rip saw applications.	Profile Sander - Automated sanding to specific profiles.
