new computer system throughout our production facility to enable more accurate
tracking of inventory, to monitor production statistics and to keep up-to-date
with our exact manufacturing status. With this new technology we are able to
operate more effectively and have a more exact awareness of our current
capabilities. We are then able to pass onto you, the customer, the benefit of
our expertise expressed through this unique technology. With this new computer
system we are taking major strides towards a more automated and productive
facility.
Additionally, our facility features a whole host of automations which work in tandem to greatly improve the effectiveness of our workforce.
Our Scancore system sports automatic digital sensing of lumber quality to accurately process our raw materials more efficiently than before.
Our automated double miter-saws continuously chop profiled mouldings to specific lengths far more quickly and accurately than if performed
manually. Our CNC machines run sophisticated programs linked from Computer Aided Design software to mass-produce intricate mouldings as quickly
as possible. Our profile sanders take the hard work out of smoothing profiles, a task otherwise requiring more time and effort.
Our Tenoner parallel saw enables us to cut-to-length various moulded profiles at a rapid pace. These are
just some of the ways that our facility runs `on automatic` while our skilled employees maintain a supervising eye.
Coupled with our new
automated inventory-tracking computer system our facility is maintaining its
position as an impressive workshop, consistently producing quality products.
With a focus on automation and innovation we are able to supply a broader range
of consistently good products with less expense.
